Business Development Manager (IT Software Solutions)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and achieve profit targets for the assigned business portfolio.
• Develop, own, and execute a comprehensive partner and channel development plan.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, account managers, and key partners.
• Promote and position complementary solutions to create cross-selling opportunities.
• Support resellers through coaching, training sessions, and joint customer engagements.
• Generate and manage the sales pipeline by aligning with channel partners on activities and opportunities.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to ensure solution accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Expand sales through Tier-2 resellers, distributors, and channel partners.
• Provide consistent updates to partners on product offerings, business developments, and market trends.
• Track and report sales pipeline progress, forecasts, and business reviews on a timely basis.
