Roles & Responsibilities

ID.Inc is in the commercial office / building interiors fit-out industry,Due to corporate expansion we are looking forsuitably experienced project coordinators to support our site Project Managers by handling administrative tasks,managing timelines, coordinating resources, maintaining project documentation, and facilitating communication to ensure projects run smoothly and stay on track. Key responsibilities include organizing meetings, preparing reports, tracking progress, and resolving blockers, all while maintaining a focus on project goals, budgets, and project-related deadlines.

Core Responsibilities

• Project Administration : Assist with managing project schedules, deadlines, and task lists.
• Documentation : Maintain and update project documents and records.
• Communication : Assist with facilitating communication among team members and stakeholders.
• Reporting : Assist with tracking project progress, preparing status reports, and highlighting potential risks or issues.
• Resource Management : Coordinate meetings, manage resources, and assist with procurement.
• Risk & Issue Management : Assist with identifying, documenting, and trackingand resolving risks.
