Job Description :
- Full HR spectrum management including recruitment, compensation / benefits management, development of policies, employee remuneration package, and other aspects.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support and work closely with the Operations Team.
- Handle employees’ grievances and complaints.
- Organize CSR, teambuilding, staff engagement events, and activities.
- Manage employee relations and conflicts effectively to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Cultivate a positive workplace culture and boost employee engagement by creating a supportive and inclusive environment where employees feel valued and respected.
- Responsible for handling all work pass applications, on-boarding, and off-boarding processes.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, job offers, on-boarding, and off-boarding.
- Maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Plan, develop, and implement appropriate HR policies, strategies, and processes to ensure effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals and growth.
- Provide advice on employee relations issues in ways that foster a cohesive and collaborative workplace.
- Design and implement new wage models.
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.Positive attitude, meticulous, and able to work independently.Demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and able to interact and communicate with all levels of staff.Strong foundation in HR processes and practices.At least 3 years of relevant HR experience in the full spectrum of HR activities.Able to design and implement new wage models.Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with associates.Others :
