Job Description :

  • Full HR spectrum management including recruitment, compensation / benefits management, development of policies, employee remuneration package, and other aspects.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support and work closely with the Operations Team.
  • Handle employees’ grievances and complaints.
  • Organize CSR, teambuilding, staff engagement events, and activities.
  • Manage employee relations and conflicts effectively to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Cultivate a positive workplace culture and boost employee engagement by creating a supportive and inclusive environment where employees feel valued and respected.
  • Responsible for handling all work pass applications, on-boarding, and off-boarding processes.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, job offers, on-boarding, and off-boarding.
  • Maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Plan, develop, and implement appropriate HR policies, strategies, and processes to ensure effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals and growth.
  • Provide advice on employee relations issues in ways that foster a cohesive and collaborative workplace.
  • Design and implement new wage models.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Positive attitude, meticulous, and able to work independently.
  • Demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and able to interact and communicate with all levels of staff.
  • Strong foundation in HR processes and practices.
  • At least 3 years of relevant HR experience in the full spectrum of HR activities.
  • Able to design and implement new wage models.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with associates.
  • Others :

  • Working hours from 9 am to 6 pm.
  • 5 days a week.
  • Near City Hall MRT Station.
