Job descriptionMinimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent from Singapore Polytechnic or other tertiary institutions of equivalent standing National Certificate on Construction Supervision from BCA or equivalent preferred Possess at least 3 years of site supervision experience, preferably in building works and Precast Registered as Resident Technical Officer accredited by IES / ACES Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Project for project update and reports Familiar with local codes & regulations Good communication and interpersonal skill Able to commence work immediately
Roles & Responsibilities
- Carry out construction supervision of construction works as required under the BCA regulations and ensure that the design documentation is safely and accurately implemented on site.
- Responsible for the co-ordination of work on site and ensure construction safety.
- Undertake any other duties related to the project assigned.
