Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
1. Support daily operations of the office including filling documents, managing records.
2. Execute and confirm trade details ensuring timely recording of transactions.
3. Manage full physical trade lifecycle, from confirmation of trade to logistics initiation and settlement.
4. Assist with client onbaording, attend client meeting where necessary.
5. Maintain good relationship with internal and external parties.
6. Support ad-hoc tasks and projects when required.
Job requirement
1. Minimum diploma in Finance, Economics, Business or any related field.
2. Good command in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
3. Strong interest in commodities trading.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
4. Good customer service and communication skills.
