What You Will Do

As Senior Vessel Manager, you will provide operation management services to several ships under charge to ensure they run in a safe manner as required by our organisation, and the running costs for all the vessels are within the budget allocated by the ship owners.

Key responsibilities :

• Full responsibility for safe operation of a Fleet of Oil / Chemical Tankers vessels assigned to you.
• Ensure vessel compliance with company, SMS, international and local regulations.
• Besides day to day close monitoring of vessels, you will be required to supervise tank cleaning operation , ensure safety of navigation , and carry out vessel inspections
• Required to conduct in-depth investigations when required, ensure certification and documentation of vessels under your charge are up to date and meet international safety standards.
• You will also supervise the preparation of vessels for various 3 rd party inspections like - Sire / CDI / MESQAC Inspections / TMSA Review.
