MARVES Consulting is seeking a talented and driven Full Stack Java Developer to join our agile team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that are reshaping the digital landscape for our clients in Singapore and across the region.

If you have a solid foundation in Java and Spring Boot on the backend, and are proficient with modern JavaScript frameworks on the frontend, we want to hear from you!

What You will Do :

Design, develop, test, and deploy robust, scalable, and high-performance full-stack web applications.
Build and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Java, Spring Boot
Develop dynamic and responsive user interfaces using modern frontend technologies like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following best practices and coding standards.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and DevOps engineers, to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural decisions, and help troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Ensure the quality and stability of applications through unit and integration testing.

What We're Looking For (The Must-Haves) :

Proven experience as a Full Stack Java Developer or in a similar role.

Strong expertise in Java 8 / 11 / 17 and the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security).

Hands-on experience with a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).

Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and SQL.

Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.

Familiarity with version control systems.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative team spirit.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points If You Have (The Nice-to-Haves) :

Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Experience in the FinTech sector.

Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
