Job descriptionOversee daily sequencing operations and ensure laboratory runs efficiently, adheres to safety protocols, and complies with all relevant regulatory standards Maintain comprehensive and precise documentation, ensuring compliance with both internal standards and regulatory guidelines Perform other additional administrative tasks as assigned by the General Manager to support smooth team operations
Working Hours : from10pm to 6am
Technical tasks
- Perform post-sequencing cleanup procedures in strict adherence to established dye-terminator removal protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Manage and maintain the QC acceptability records for sequencing samples
- Conduct detailed analysis and assessment of sequencing results to ensure data reliability, accuracy and adherence to high-quality standards
- Provide timely and effective post-delivery support via email, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring full satisfaction with sequencing outcomes
- Ensure the proper maintenance and operation of the sequencing equipment
