About the Role :
We are looking for a driven and dynamic Business Development Executive . This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales, building relationships, and growing business opportunities within the IT services sector.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the IT services and software solutions market
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of client needs and business challenges
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals in line with company goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to position our solutions effectively
- Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly / quarterly sales targets
Key Requirements :
Experience : 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (IT services background strongly preferred)Industry Knowledge :
Solid understanding of IT services delivery modelsFamiliarity with software contracting, SOW (Statement of Work), and service-level agreements (SLAs)Awareness of nuances in pricing, compliance, and vendor management within IT services.Skills :
Strong communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to generate leads, negotiate deals, and close salesComfortable with presentations, proposals, and client meetingsEducation : Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields preferredPersonality : Outgoing, persuasive, proactive, and target-drivenTell employers what skills you have
