Job Description
- Captain the kitchen crew and run daily operations with precision.
- Lead menu development focusing on creativity, seasonality, and sustainability.
- Collaborate closely with the GM to ensure smooth FOH & BOH synergy.
- Maintain high food safety standards, cleanliness, and efficient prep systems.
- Inspire and develop your team — a happy crew makes great food.
- Manage food cost and inventory without compromising on quality or creativity.
Salary
Ranges from SGD 4,500 – SGD 5,000
Requirements
Open to locals onlyProven experience as a Head Chef, or Senior Sous Chef ready for the next step.Comfortable with naturally gluten-free cooking or willing to learn.Strong skills in fermentation, plant-based dishes, and open-fire cooking.Able to work well under pressure, keep a clean and organized kitchen, and lead with respect.Passion for innovation and making food from scratch.Interested applicants please click apply now!
