Job descriptionDrive sales and business development in the waste management sector. Build strong client relationships and identify new opportunities. Deliver sustainable solutions that meet clients’ environmental and operational needs. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive outreach Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and services to provide value-added solutions. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets. Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management. Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction. Handle client issues promptly to ensure long-term relationships. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to expand networks. Min Diploma in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field preferred. Min 3 years of sales experience, related in waste management. Must possess own vehicle (essential) Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Salary Range
Up to SGD 4,500 per month + VB + Comm + $500 Petrol Allowances
