Roles & Responsibilities

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead mobile software development for iOS and Android platforms.
  • Manage and mentor a team of mobile engineers across both platforms.
  • Review product requirements and break down functional specifications into technical tasks.
  • Design project architecture and define development best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges in performance, UI / UX, and system integration.
  • Monitor project timelines and track real-time development progress to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, UI / UX Designers, and Backend Engineers to ensure end-to-end product quality.

✅ Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of mobile app development experience , with at least 2 years in a leadership / managerial role .
  • Proficient in native development for both iOS (Swift / Obj-C) and Android (Kotlin / Java) .
  • Strong understanding of app architecture (MVVM, MVI), CI / CD, and App Store / Google Play release workflows.
  • Experience in project / task management, agile sprints, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Ability to mentor junior engineers and foster team growth.
