Roles & Responsibilities
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth for the firm’s asset management business. This includes identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and developing tailored investment solutions for high-net-worth, institutional, and corporate clients.
The role requires a strong understanding of financial products, portfolio management, and regulatory requirements under the Capital Markets Services (CMS) licensing framework. The successful candidate will work closely with the investment, compliance, and operations teams to deliver professional asset management services that align with client objectives and uphold the firm’s standards of integrity and performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across private wealth, institutional, and corporate client segments.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to promote long-term engagement and asset retention.
- Collaborate with the investment team to structure and present suitable investment solutions, including discretionary mandates, funds, and bespoke strategies.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities.
- Work closely with compliance to ensure all client onboarding, marketing, and sales activities meet MAS regulatory standards.
- Contribute to business strategy, revenue forecasting, and marketing initiatives.
- Represent the firm at industry events, seminars, and networking sessions to enhance brand visibility.

Education & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.Experience :
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, accounting, or relationship management.Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue growth.Skills & Competencies :
