Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description :
- Handles general office administration at project site.
- Maintain updated workers’ site record and leave records.
- In-charge of workers’ dormitory lounge and logistics.
- In-charge of workers’ course safety enrollment as / when required.
- Handles workers’ time card for payroll purposes and to be submitted to head office in timely manner.
- Maintain updated fixed assets record on-site.
- Maintain and order office supplies and stationeries in monthly basis.
- Maintain and order office pantry supplies in monthly basis.
- Handles ad-hoc related duties as / when required.
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary / Pre-U / A level / College in Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.Required language(s) : English, Mandarin (In order to liaise with the English, Mandarin speaking associates)At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Required Skill(s) : office administrationIf you are not invited for an interview within 4 weeks, we regret that your application was not suited to this vacancy.
