Join our modern Japanese dining concept as a Kitchen Team Lead (Junior Sous Chef level) and help deliver comforting, high-quality Japanese dishes that keep guests coming back.
- Prepare and cook popular Japanese dishes : sushi, sashimi, donburi, grilled items, tempura
- Support the Head Chef with smooth day-to-day kitchen operations
- Lead and guide junior kitchen staff from prep to plating
- Handle basic inventory and ingredient ordering when needed
- Step in for Sous Chef or Head Chef when they're away
- Ensure the kitchen is clean, safe, and efficient at all times
- Maintain quality and presentation standards across every dish
Requirements :
