Job Description

Industry / Organization Type : Manufacturing – Fabrication
Position Title : Sales Engineer / Assistant Sales Engineer
Working Location : Tuas, 5 min from MRT
Working Hours : Monday - Friday (8 : 30 AM-5 : 30 PM)
Salary Package : Up to $4500 (Basic) + AWS + Performance Bonus
Duration : Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

Achieve growth and sales targets.

Build and maintain customer relationships.

Understand and manage customer needs.

Communicate customer’s requirements effectively to internal team.

Prepare and present quotations.

Lead and support operations team for customer’s prototype / sample build to mass production.

Order entry, planning and monitoring of delivery schedule and commitments to customers.

Collaborate with raw material suppliers.

Plan sales and materials based on customer forecasts.

Participate in monthly stock takes to optimize inventory turnover.

Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned.

Background in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a relevant technical field.

Experience in engineering sales / customer service is a plus.

Strong marketing and business skills.
