Roles & Responsibilities

Office hours, Mon to Fri

Location : Biopolis (Walkable from Buona Vista)

Salary : $2,300

Job Responsibilities :

• Ensure quality management systems meet SOPs, safety, and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to coordinate and review tasks.
• Support cost, quality, and efficiency improvements.
• Mentor and cross-train staff using standardized programs.
• Oversee workload, resource allocation, and laboratory housekeeping.
• Coordinate timely calibration and maintenance of lab equipment.
• Supervise sample management, documentation, and peer reviews.
• Handle chemical waste, expired products, and inventory control.
• Assist with operational quality reports and Out of Specification (OOS) issues.
• Manage stability sample handling and maintain cleanliness in storage areas.
