Senior Hardware Engineer (DCS / PLC / Process Industry) - D16 Upper East Coast, Bedok, Eastwood, Kew Drive, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Perform basic and detailed hardware design, including cabinet layout (System / Marshalling), hardware sizing, IO list management, wiring schematics, and bill of materials.
• Prepare, review, and manage engineering documentation in compliance with international standards and project requirements.
• Coordinate with Affiliates, EPCs, and Clients to understand technical requirements and ensure proper implementation.
• Drive hardware-related procurement, including vendor interactions, technical clarifications, and support for buy-out packages.
• Conduct and lead FAT / IFAT / SAT (Factory Acceptance Tests / Integrated FAT / Site Acceptance Tests) activities.
• Provide on-site support for installation, startup, and commissioning activities.
• Manage and mentor a team of hardware engineers, ensuring timely delivery of engineering deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with Project and Engineering Managers for complete hardware solution delivery.
