Mon - Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm)

Salary Package : Basic Salary + AWS

Key

Responsibilities

Analyze blueprints, specifications, and related documents

to prepare accurate cost estimates.

Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project

teams to gather data and validate assumptions.

Prepare detailed cost breakdowns for materials, labor,

equipment, and overhead.

Monitor market trends

and pricing fluctuations to ensure competitive

estimates.

Develop and maintain cost databases

and estimation models.

Present cost reports

and pricing strategies to management and clients.

• Support tender submissions and bid proposals.

Adjust estimates based on scope changes and client

feedback.

Diploma or

Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related

field.

2-3 years of experience in cost

estimation, preferably in HVAC, M&E, or construction

sectors.

Have knowledge with estimation

software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam, Excel).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management

abilities.

Ability to work independently and

meet tight deadlines.
