Responsibilities

We operate largely on an appointment basis, where we take

our clients through a 1.5-2 hr education session about diamonds, to

create awareness about the diamond retail industry.

These appointments also include helping clients choose

their ring designs and helping them with customization options for

their ring designs.

You will be trained to

deliver a holistic and high-quality product demo to our clients,

throughout the first 3 months.

You will also

be expected to continuously keep abreast of ongoing product

developments.

You will be in charge of

ensuring a smooth flow for our clients, including responsibilities

such as ensuring the diamond's delivery timeline, helping clients

with their customized designs, and following up with their

enquiries.

This includes greeting and

ushering, helping clients with their collections, and many more

interactions.
