You will be part of the Human Resource compensation and benefits team, managing payroll and compensation-related activities.
Job responsibilities :
Manage the payroll outsourced partner to ensure accurate and timely payroll administration, CPF submission, tax filing, and other payroll-related activities such as secondment billings
Perform compensation activities (e.g. uploading of monthly payments and deductions), computations of variable salary components and WICA claims
Manage payroll-related inquiries and issues, providing timely responses and effective solutions
Manage pensions liability and payment schedule for retired pensioners
Prepare payroll-related reports for management, government agencies, and auditors as required
Support department budget planning process and maintenance of records system
Requirements
Tertiary education with at least 5 years of payroll experience
Experience in using Workday and Excelity
Good knowledge of pay-related legislations
Independent, meticulous, resourceful, good interpersonal skills, and methodical
