Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
- Provide functional and technical development support for SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM systems
- Liaise with Corporate end users to ensure appropriate responsiveness to end user's application issues
- Prepare functional, technical and user testing specifications and training manuals
- Conduct Code Review, Unit Testing and System Integration testing
- Troubleshoot issues, identify causes and propose solutions in line with the industry best practices
- Manage vendors for the responsibilities outlined in contracts and statement of work
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Information System, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalentExperience in SAP SuccessFactors (SF) including BTP application, SAP HCM (PY) and concurAt least 5 years of experience in IT industry with minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in development and maintenance of SAP SF modules / SAP HCMAt least 3 years of experience in ABAP Programming on SAP HCMExperience in handling at least 1 SAP project handling experience in SAP system implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, and build, testing, go-live)Should possess excellent logical & analytical skills with ability to work independentlyKnowledge in SAP SF, SAP Concur and SAP HCM integration will be preferredSAP SuccessFactors in SAP SF, SAP Concur and SAP HCM integration will be preferredMorgan McKinley Pte Ltd
