Job descriptionManaging of operation team and Oversee the day-to-day operations of the vehicle fleet, including scheduling, routing, and dispatch Supervise vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repair schedules to ensure safety and reliability before handover to the hirer Maintaining the effectiveness of operation and monitor fuel usage, mileage, and vehicle performance metrics Maintain accurate records of vehicle licensing, insurance, and registration Managing and accontablilty for all of LCR fleets bt tallying the physical count and locations Sourcing and management of LCR fleet parking facilities Manage a team of drivers, dispatchers, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Managing and maintain fleet management systems or software for tracking and reporting Handle incident and accident reporting and follow-up investigations Submitting of reports to relevant head of department Any other duties assigned by management from time to time
Requirements :
- Min 3 years' experience.
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in managerial or supervisory role will be advantageous.
- Top-notch oral, written, and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong communication skills required.
- Well-developed arbitration skills with the ability to remain impartial.
- Affinity for multitasking with precision.
- Capacity to accept and utilize constructive criticism.
