The Technician
I is responsible for executing preparatory tasks and
fundamental manufacturing activities to support the production of
raw materials or finished products. This role also contributes to
general laboratory upkeep and ensures smooth daily operations
within the assigned value stream. This role plays a key part in
maintaining alignment with operational goals and supporting the
department's overall efficiency and quality standards. This
position reports to the Value Stream
Supervisor and is part of the
Manufacturing & Operations team
located in Singapore and will be an
on-site role.
In this role, you
will have the opportunity to :
Accurately uses aids and work instructions to make
decisions about the proper production flow based on product type or
services.
Prepares materials according to
documented procedures using standard lab equipment and maintains
accurate and detailed product, process, instrument, and training
records.
Performs lab cleaning and
decontamination protocols in accordance to work instructions and
maintenance connection software, as well as maintains electronic
records of tasks to ensure that work is performed in an accurate,
efficient, and appropriate manner.Assist in making sure all work
instructions pertaining to processes and safety guidelines are
being followed and comply with rules and guidance applicable to
your value stream, ISO 9001 and / or ISO
13485.
The essential
requirements of the job include :
Minimum N / O level, Nitec in a Science related field or
equivalent by relevant experience.
Proficient computer skills which include knowledge of the internet,
Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
It would be
a plus if you also possess previous experience
in : Basic knowledge
in manufacturing practices.
Previous
laboratory and chemical handling experience
