Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Supervise and guide Room Attendants to maintain high standards of cleanliness, tidiness, and safety in guest rooms / serviced apartments, and public areas.
• Conduct inspections of hotel rooms / serviced apartments and facilities, and follow-up on maintenance with the Engineering department.
• Handle guest requests and feedback promptly to ensure service excellence and satisfaction.
• Oversee daily staffing, scheduling, and performance management to ensure efficient operations.
• Manage housekeeping supplies, equipment usage, and external vendors to maintain quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor department expenses and support cost-control initiatives.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments on guest arrivals, departures, and service needs.
• Promote workplace safety, compliance with company policies, guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Support the implementation of policies and procedures that are aligned with industry best practices.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
