Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary :

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable IT Executive to oversee the day-to-day IT operations in our office. The role involves managing and maintaining laptops, software installations, networking, troubleshooting, and supporting CCTV systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of hardware, software, and basic IT infrastructure, along with working knowledge of CCTV setup and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Hardware & Laptop Management

Setup, configure, and maintain office laptops and desktops.
Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Perform regular system updates and preventive maintenance.
Maintain asset inventory of all IT equipment.

2. Software Management

Install and manage licensed software (MS Office, Antivirus, etc.).

Ensure compliance with software licensing policies.

Support users with software-related issues and training.

3. IT Support & Troubleshooting

Provide technical support to employees.

Resolve network connectivity, printer, and system access issues.

Monitor and maintain office internet and local area network (LAN).

Create and manage user accounts, email IDs, and system access.

Maintenance of all (office) systems

4. CCTV & Security Systems

Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems (IP / Analog cameras).

Monitor CCTV system performance and storage.

Troubleshoot camera and DVR / NVR issues as needed.

Coordinate with vendors for repairs or upgrades.

5. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain logs of IT issues, resolutions, and maintenance activities.

Document IT procedures, network diagrams, and setup guides.

Report system status and escalate complex issues to the management.

Qualifications & Skills :

Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

3 - 5 years of experience in an IT support / executive role.

Hands-on experience with Windows OS, MS Office, antivirus, and basic networking.

Knowledge of CCTV systems and basic surveillance infrastructure.

Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls, and network troubleshooting.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and under pressure.
