Responsibilities :
Assist in reviewing and updating existing HR policies and
internal documents.
Assist in recruitment
activities such as publishing job adverts, screening resumes, and
scheduling interviews for HR and line managers.
Maintain the HR database and generate analytical reports.
Provide support for new and / or existing HR
projects as
assigned.
Requirements : Bachelor in Human
Resources / Occupational Psychology or its equivalent professional
certifications
Knowledge in local
legislations in particular to employment act of Singapore
Pleasant disposition with the ability to
interact with all levels of employees
