Role Overview

As a Senior Executive in ITE, your challenge is to formulate, review, and implement policies and processes in specific functional areas.

Key Responsibilities

Manage student financial systems and processes related to fees charging, billings, collections, and refunds.
Collaborate with relevant agencies and internal stakeholders to develop related student financial systems.
Manage internal and external requests and queries (including auditors) on Accounts Receivable processes.
Perform data analytics to provide insights for process and policy review.
Review, streamline, and improve finance policies and processes.
Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

Credential in Accountancy or IT with accounting knowledge.

At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable functions.

Experience in accounting system implementation is preferred.

Meticulous, resilient, adaptable, and able to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and in teams to resolve issues and achieve goals.

Good verbal and written communication skills.
