Job descriptionPre-School Education Leadership (DPE-L) / Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Leadership (DECCE-L), Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Centre Leadership (ADECL),or its equivalent recognised by ECDA A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing Preschool Centers. Demonstrated leadership experience with strong communication and customer service skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Develop and lead initiatives to foster the professional growth of educators.
- Guide the implementation of an inquiry-based, holistic curriculum that supports both cognitive and emotional development.
- Ensure that the Center’s curriculum and programs align with the organization’s mission, vision, and core values.
- Strengthen and maintain the school’s reputation for excellence within the community and among parents.
- Oversee daily operations and administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
