WORKING HOURS
Monday – Friday 8am – 5.30pm or 8.30am – 6pm
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree from a recognized University in a business / technical discipline with at least 2 years of working experience in an IT project environment, preferably with SAP experience
- Possess strong analytical and problem resolution skills
- Possess good communication, interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage, lead, inspire and motivate teams.
- Possess initiative and drive with the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Ability to understand and interpret business requirements and work with IT department on automations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the day to day operations of the section and ensure the KPIs / regulatory requirements are metResponsible for the timeliness and accuracy of bills, adjustments, refunds etc. to customersResponsible for meeting the section’s KPI, eg the monthly closing of billing cycle, timely and accurate adjustments and refunds.Lead, supervise and provide guidance to staffsResponsible in following up assignments and make strategic decisionsReview and streamline work processes for better efficiency and improve productivityManage complaints (Internal and external), liaise with relevant stakeholders, conduct root cause analysis and work on process improvementLiaise with ITD or / and any other external vendors on system changes and feasibility studiesLiaise with Principals, vendors and stakeholders on operational mattersPlan, test, monitor and implement UATs for system change / projects / initiativesUndertake ad hoc projects assigned from time to timeOnly shortlisted candidates will be notified.
