Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and execution of centre development, renovation, and expansion projects.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle—from concept and approvals to procurement, scheduling, and final delivery—ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Manage preventive maintenance and ensure the centre’s operational readiness at all times.
- Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Champion initiatives in energy efficiency, smart building systems, sustainability, and long-term asset management.
- Provide regular reports and progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, housekeeping, F&B, operations) to drive maintenance and facility improvement efforts)
