Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Contract Management Professional to oversee the full lifecycle of contracts, ensuring compliance, profitability, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Tender Process Management : Manage all stages of tender processes, including documentation, evaluation, and submission.
- Contract Review and Analysis : Review, interpret, and advise on contract documents and terms to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Cost Management : Oversee project costs, contract variations, and claims to maintain profitability and adherence to contractual obligations.
- Communication and Negotiation : Draft official correspondence and reports, lead or participate in commercial negotiations, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
- Financial Management : Prepare accurate and timely final accounts and variation submissions, monitor project budgets, and manage contract revenue and cash flow.
- Compliance and Governance : Ensure contractual compliance and conformance throughout project execution, adhering to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements :
Education : Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent field.Skills and Experience : Strong knowledge of contract law, SOP Act, and dispute resolution processes, with 5+ years of experience in contract management within the construction industry.Skillset : Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, familiarity with standard contract forms (e.g., FIDIC), and construction practices.
