Physiotherapist Role

This position involves leading a team of therapy services in the Therapy Department.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Clinical Care :
• Ensure compliance with all relevant therapy standards as stipulated by the Ministry of Health and Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
• Evaluate and implement effective therapy plans to meet residents' needs, documenting progress accurately.
• Provide strategic leadership to ensure safe and quality resident care.
• Quality Assurance :
• Review and update therapy services workflow, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency.
• Maintain team members' familiarity with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and emergency protocols.
• Coordinate quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
• Professional Development :
• Direct and facilitate ongoing development opportunities for therapy aides.
• Guide and mentor therapy aides in performing prescribed therapy services, promoting their growth and expertise.
