Job Description

Position Title : Sales Engineer
Working Location : Sembawang
Working Hours : 5 Days, Mon – Thu (8am – 6pm), Fri (8am – 5pm)
Salary Package : Basic Salary + Meal & Transport Allowance + Performance Bonus (Twice yearly)
Duration : Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Visit client locations to evaluate project needs and generate tailored cost estimates.

Plan budgets and work closely with vendors to secure materials and manage timelines.

Collaborate with suppliers to source materials, negotiate pricing, and maintain delivery timelines.

Prepare formal tender documents and develop proposals that align with client expectations.

Present solutions clearly and persuasively during client meetings.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Monitor industry trends and identify potential opportunities for expansion.

At least 2–3 years of experience in a Sales Engineering role or equivalent technical sales position.

Exposure within the semiconductor sector is preferred.

Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

Effective communication and negotiation skills.

Proficient in Mandarin (reading and writing), as to liaise and handle documents with Taiwan headquarters.
