Investment Manager / Senior Manager - Venture Capital

Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is a global firm focused on early stage technology investments who are now hiring for their latest Investment Manager.

Responsibilities / Requirements :

• 8+ years work experience, including within Venture Capital investment
• Corporate Finance experience a plus, as is experience of working within a startup
• Research and develop metrics in tracking and monitoring portfolio companies’ performance, prepare regular reports for investment portfolios for internal updates
• Conduct market research and analysis on tech industry
• Lead entire deal transactions from start-to-end, origination and execution of investments (including preparing investment memo, term sheet negotiation etc).
• Proven track record in analysing financial numbers with attention to details
• Strong knowledge of Excel including advanced functions
• Experience with cash flow modelling and investment valuation techniques
• Strong relationship management skills to develop new connections, broaden and deepen one’s ecosystem.
• A real passion for technology
• Strong SOP working culture
