Roles & Responsibilities
Duties & responsibilities :
- To submit quotation to customer based on Schedule of Rate or Star Rate;
- To source for quotations from specialists / sub-contractors / suppliers, prepare comparison, negotiate, and award contracts;
- To prepare payment response to the subcontractors' monthly claim, monthly progress claim, certify subcontractors' progress payments, prepare variation orders, finalize accounts;
- To administer contracts of all values and ensure that they are completed within budget;
- To ensure proper documentation of all records;
- To review and advise Operation Manager or Project Manager on the cost impact for variation of project specifications;
- To monitor and ensure delivery of materials are in accordance with contractual requirements;
- To coordinate site issues including procurement of materials from the suppliers;
- To liaise with consultants, sub-contractors, relevant authorities, and internal departments in resolving technical issues.
Requirements :
Min Diploma and / or Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;Min 2 years working experience, inclusive 1 year in Government Project;Able to commence work immediately of within short notice preferred.Tell employers what skills you have
