1. Job Description
Provide strategic direction and oversee the entire daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency, profitability, and exceptional customer experience.

Develop and manage annual budgets, control costs (including inventory, supplies, and labor), analyze financial reports (P&L), and implement strategies to maximize revenue and achieve financial targets.

Uphold the highest standards of service quality. Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly to maintain a positive brand reputation and high customer satisfaction scores.

Develop and execute local marketing initiatives (e.g., social media campaigns, seasonal promotions, collaborations) to attract new customers and enhance customer loyalty.

Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule all front-of-house and back-of-house staff. Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment.

Ensure strict adherence to all Singapore government regulations, including food safety and hygiene standards (SFA), licensing laws, and employment regulations.

2. Job Requirements (职位要求)
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management role (e.g., Restaurant Manager, Assistant General Manager) overseeing a full-service restaurant.
