As a prospective candidate you need to be able to back up all of the above key attributes with relevant experience in your academic track record, previous work experience as well as any extracurricular hobbies and personal interests.
Responsibilities
Undergo training in sales, account management, and OCL service offerings to build a strong understanding of the firm’s value proposition.Identify and map potential clients to generate new business opportunities, primarily among oil traders, risk management teams, investment banks, hedge funds, industrial end users, refineries, and related sectors.Manage and grow existing client accounts through relationship-building, upselling opportunities, and consistent client engagement.Develop strong client relationships through a consultative sales approach, including targeted outreach and research-driven communication.Collaborate with traders on research, development, and implementation of new trading strategies, as well as assist with futures and OTC executions.Drive Flux sales initiatives, including introducing and demonstrating the Flux platform, identifying potential users, and supporting adoption across the client base.Support Flux marketing efforts by assisting in campaign planning, preparing promotional materials, and enhancing brand visibility within the trading and investment community.Engage in client networking and relationship-building activities, both during and outside standard working hours.We’re looking for candidates with the following qualifications :
Degree required, preferably in economics, energy and financeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical skillsFluent in Mandarin (mandatory for this role due to the necessity of engaging with the China market in trading activities)Natural passion for relationship buildingAble to work individually and within a team in a competitive, target-driven environmentDemonstrated interest in energy and financial marketsWillingness to travel internationally for businessTell employers what skills you have
