QAQC Manager

Develop, implement, and manage tailored

QAQC plans, inspection procedures, and checklists specific to the

project.

Ensure all construction activities

meet the requirements set by BCA CONQUAS and the Quality

Mark.

Lead quality inspections, audits, and

assessments across all trades involved in the project.

Collaborate with consultants, subcontractors, and

internal teams to address and resolve any quality-related

issues.

Monitor on-site activities to ensure

compliance with project specifications and proper execution of

work.

Review and approve material and method

statements to ensure alignment with project standards.

Maintain thorough documentation for inspection reports,

non-conformance reports, and corrective actions.

Provide training and guidance to site teams on

maintaining quality standards and implementing best

practices.

Prepare the site for CONQUAS and QM

assessments, including conducting mock-up reviews and developing

scoring strategies.

Identify and implement

ongoing improvements to enhance overall quality

performance.

Oversee material testing,

mock-ups, PMU, and VMU for the

façade.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering,

Building, Construction Management, or equivalent.

Prefarable minimum 7 years of experience in QAQC roles

within the construction industry.
