Sales Coordinator (5 days / West)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide sales and marketing support to the Sales Team for new products and services
• Assist in preparing customer quotations and related documentation
• Support project follow-up activities to ensure timely execution
• Manage project order processing, including issuing invoices and delivery orders, as well as monitoring inventory levels
• Coordinate with customers on order status and delivery schedules
• Work closely with the Operations team to arrange and track deliveries
• Handle purchasing activities related to customer orders
• Perform other ad-hoc duties and administrative tasks as assigned
