Your contributions to our joint success

• Responsible for planning, developing and administering all aspects of the group fitness and instructor training programs.
• Supervising the group fitness instructors and operations of the group fitness department to ensure the highest level of programming and customer service.
• Develop onboarding / orientation programs to cultivate a culture of continuous learning for new instructors.
• Provides ongoing training, mentoring and evaluation of group fitness instructors and classes.
• Works closely with Area / Branch Managers to ensure a high level of member participation in the group fitness program.
• Review, analyse and improve business processes and systems to achieve higher productivity and results.
• Source, network and partner with potential business influencers to deepen market penetration
