Job Description :
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our client accounts with a focus on sales. Your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets, retain existing clients, and identify opportunities for account expansion.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach.
- Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients about our products and services.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to effectively address client inquiries and concerns.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Manage the sales funnel, ensuring consistent progress and timely closure of deals.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align account management strategies with company objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role with a strong sales focus in the medical device industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Experience in managing the sales funnel and driving deals to closure.Comprehensive product knowledge of medical devices and the ability to effectively communicate this to clients.What We Offer :
