Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description :

  • Identify and manage sales opportunities and projects to drive revenue growth with both potential and existing customers.
  • Establish and maintain close relationships with new and existing customers through the entire sales cycle, from pre-sales to post-sales.
  • Build and maintain strong, friendly connections with customers, ensuring long-term trust and collaboration.
  • Align with and execute the company’s sales strategy to target the right customers.
  • Conduct regular customer visits on a weekly visit and provide visit reports.
  • Participate in weekly management discussions to review, refine and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Identify and address customer challenges or special requirements, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Act as a key bridge between customers and the technical team, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of issues.

Job Requirement :

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Prior experience in backend semiconductor testing is an advantage.
  • Strong in communication, negotiation and analytical thinking skills.
  • Effective and confident presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required for the role.
