About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take charge of projects from planning through to successful completion. You will lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and workers, and coordinate with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with client requirements. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing
- Lead and manage a project team comprising engineers, supervisors, and workers to ensure smooth execution.
- Oversee contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Take full ownership of project phases, from preparation to site management through to completion.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and provide updates.
- Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, costs, and resources against budgets.
- Manage claims for cost and time variations, including submission of variation orders to architects and consultants.
- Ensure timely submission of as-built drawings, operation & maintenance manuals, and conduct client training during handover.
- Uphold compliance with legal, environmental, and occupational health & safety requirements throughout project execution.
What we're looking for
Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.Minimum 8 years of project management experience, preferably in ACMV or related industries.Strong technical knowledge in ACMV systems and project management methodologies.Proven leadership with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage complex projects, resolve challenges, and drive successful outcomes.Tell employers what skills you have
