Senior Planning Engineer (HQ-Based, A1 main contractor)

We are hiring a Senior Planning Engineer to be based at our client’s head office , supporting a portfolio of high-value residential, industrial, institutional, and mixed-use development projects . This is a strategic position that provides oversight and coordination across multiple project sites, ensuring effective planning and timely execution.

Our client is a well-established A1 Building Main Contractor with a strong pipeline of ongoing and upcoming developments throughout Singapore. 5 day work per week with variable bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage master schedules for multiple projects.
• Support tender planning , project baseline schedules, and resource planning
• Liaise with project teams to review progress and provide schedule adjustments when needed
• Conduct risk analysis and support EOT and delay assessments
• Prepare executive-level planning reports and dashboards for management
