Administrative Assistant - Accounts and Human Resources
We are seeking a highly organized individual to support our team on day-to-day accounting and human resources functions.
- The successful candidate will assist in preparing sales tax invoices, verifying them against interim certificates / purchase orders, and supporting daily financial transactions for accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
 - Responsibilities include month-end reconciliation of bank and supplier statements, processing petty cash reimbursements, and ensuring proper expense allocation.
 - Other duties involve monitoring outstanding payments, sending statements of account (SOA reminders), verifying subcontractor / vendor invoices, and checking worker wages prepared by HR and uploading to internet banking for management approval.
 - Apart from these tasks, the assistant will perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, mail processing, answering calls, and preparing supporting documents for audits.
 
The role requires a high degree of attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
Proficiency in opensoft (e-payroll) is an advantage. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can maintain accurate records, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and communicate effectively with the team.
