Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible in month end closing, financial reporting, tax & audit matters
6 Months Contract / Extendable / Convertible
Min Degree with 3-4 years of Accounting & Finance experience in Financial industry
CBD / Central
Basic Salary up to $ 6,500

Key Responsibilities :

Review and oversee outsourced accounting providers and monthly financial reports

Support audits, tax filings (GST, ECI, corporate & trust tax), and statutory compliance

Reconcile cash balances, investment valuations, and intercompany transactions

Support investment operations, including subscriptions, redemptions, and trade execution

Assist in banking operations, payment processing, and treasury management

Maintain accurate document and record-keeping systems

Coordinate with external service providers (banks, tax agents, auditors, etc.)

Participate in ad hoc finance projects and initiatives

What You’ll Need :

Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA / CPA preferred)

Minimum 4 years of experience in audit, accounting, or a family office environment

Strong understanding of financial controls, accounting principles, and investment products

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a hands-on approach to finance systems and data reconciliation

Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills

High integrity, discretion, and attention to detail

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive continuous improvement
