Position at GroupM Overview : We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) for GroupM Singapore. The HRBP will act as a strategic partner to leadership and employees, driving HR initiatives that align with the business objectives and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role requires a deep understanding of HR practices, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of managing complex HR functions in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategic HR Partnership : Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
  • Employee Relations : Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution on complex employee matters.
  • Change Management : Support organizational change initiatives by providing expertise in change management processes and communication strategies.
  • Diversity & Inclusion : Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization through targeted programs and initiatives.
  • HR Analytics : Utilize HR data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
  • Compliance : Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP role.
  • Proven experience in managing employee relations, conflict management, change management, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software applications.
