Warehouse Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Daily planning of work schedule for warehouse operation
• Priorities and monitor all warehouse assistants to complete their daily work (picker and packer)
• Ensure warehouse operating supplies (Carton, wrapping and essential material for warehouse use) are good for warehouse operational use on weekly and monthly basis
• Assist in return items and goods. (reverse logistic process) Finish return procedure timely.
• Cooperate with operation and purchaser department for smooth good delivery.
• Assist in planning for a shift in relation to overtime planning
• Involve in the suggestion of ERP analysis and design and update
• Where opportunity allows, marking / order should be complete well in advance by 2 days
• Other tasks assigned by the manager.
