Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Site Supervisor to join R&S Construction and Design Pte Ltd , a fast-growing interior fit-out and renovation company in Singapore. The Site Supervisor will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating with subcontractors and workers to achieve timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Supervise, manage, and coordinate daily site operations and workers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and building management requirements .
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth progress.
  • Review and interpret construction drawings, M&E layouts, and specifications.
  • Monitor project schedule, quality standards, and report site progress to Project Manager / Director.
  • Handle site issues promptly and provide practical solutions.
  • Conduct site inspections, prepare checklists, and ensure defects rectification before handover.

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of Singapore local working experience in construction or interior fit-out industry (commercial / retail / restaurant / office projects preferred).
  • Minimum Diploma / Nitec / Higher Nitec in Building, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline .
  • Able to read and understand AutoCAD drawings, M&E layouts, and construction details.
  • Good knowledge of site safety requirements and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, able to manage multi-national workforce.
  • Independent, hands-on, and solution-oriented.
  • Candidates with Singapore driving licence will have an advantage.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin is an advantage.
